3C-REN incentives are available as of January 1, 2026.

The Single-Family program currently has incentives for energy efficiency upgrades in residential homes. Types of projects include, but are not limited to, heat pump water heaters, heat pump heating and cooling, insulation, and other measures that reduce energy consumption.

In the meantime, review our Ask a Contractor reference guide or you can explore the Resident Learning Center for other resources that can help you save energy at home, such as rentable induction cooktops and DIY energy-saving toolkits from local libraries.
