Understanding CALGreen Requirements for Residential and Nonresidential Projects

We’ll go through the 2019 CALGreen (Title 24, Part 11) requirements for residential and nonresidential projects and discuss documentation submission and compliance review. This course is beneficial for developing a green building project, verifying a project as developer/builder, plan checker, or field inspector to ensure a complying and well-built building.

  • Understand CalGreen requirements and compliance process for residential and nonresidential projects.
  • Understand CalGreen voluntary measures and the differences between Tier 1 and Tier 2 options.
  • Understand best practices for submitting and reviewing compliance documentation including forms and common issues.
