This training is presented by Franklin Energy and made available through the Tri-County Regional Energy Network (3C-REN), a partnership between the Counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo to improve energy efficiency. 3C-REN is funded by utility ratepayer funds through the California Public Utilities Commission.
3C-REN’s Building Performance Training program offers training for real estate professionals to communicate the value of high-performance homes during real estate transactions. 3C-REN’s Home Energy Savings program offers free and discounted energy efficiency upgrades to homeowners to increase the performance of their homes. Programs may be modified or terminated without prior notice and are provided to qualified customers on a first-come, first-served basis until program funds are no longer available.
